- because there is no billing yet. The prices are published so you can plan, not so you can pay. When checkout opens, beta accounts hear about it first and keep these prices.
- so what do I get in the beta?
- an account, your sites, and the checks — unmetered. See the beta line above; it is the only promise we make and it holds on every page.
- will I be charged when billing opens?
- no. Nothing turns on by itself. You will pick a plan and enter a card yourself, or stay on Free.
- what happens at the page limit?
- the daily full check covers pages discovered from your sitemap, up to your plan's limit — 50 pages on Free, 500 per site on Indie and Pro. The critical list you name is always checked.
- can I switch plans?
- at launch, up or down any time. Downgrading keeps your sites; it just slows the cadence back to daily.
- more than 10 sites?
- write to us and say how many. The per-site price holds; we set the limit by hand.
- what if you shut down or get acquired?
- the record is yours — export the full change log and snapshots any time, the history leaves with you.
